What is Emotional Intelligence (EI)?
Emotional intelligence is defined as “a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges, and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.”
Why EI is important?
While emotional intelligence isn’t the sole predictor of human performance and development potential, it is proven to be a key indicator in these areas. Emotional intelligence is also not a static factor — to the contrary, one’s emotional intelligence can change over time and can be developed
This workshop is for anyone who wants to know more about what Emotional Intelligence is and how it can be developed with the purpose of using it at a personal level or to support others restoring emotional balance in their lives.
The Agenda. The workshop is divided in two parts:
First part: The evaluation of your personal Emotional Intelligence.
Participants will receive a link via email with an invitation to take their evaluation online. The evaluation consists of 133 simple questions. Time to complete the evaluation: 15-20 minutes.

Second part: Participate in the workshop. (1 day and a half)
• Receive the evaluations report that contains:
- The obtained results
- Information about your individual emotional intelligence,
- Tools to develop areas of emotional intelligence,
- The action plan that will support you in developing emotional intelligence.
• Discover Emotional Intelligence:
- What is Emotional Intelligence,
- The brain and the emotions,
- How to influence your own internal state and others',
- How to have a balanced emotional life and how to support others in achieving it too,
- How to increase the level of well-being (happiness).
- Learn about: emotional self-knowledge, self-expression, building and maintaining long-term interpersonal relationships,
the way we make decisions, the management of stress, the general welfare.

What is the EQ-i 2.0 assessment tool?
The EQ-i 2.0 is a psychometric assessment which measures emotional intelligence (EI) and how
it can impact people and the workplace.
Being the first scientifically validated measure of EI, coupled with research from premier
organizations, means you can count on the EQ-i 2.0 to add robustness and accuracy to your

The tool is validated by the American Psychological Association.
The EQ -i 2.0 model is based on the EQ-i model created by Dr. Reuven Bar-on, one of the
